Zoltan with Z Renovations has been incredible for our family. Our journey with Zoltan began a few years ago with some smaller interior renovations in our Calgary home. His meticulous craftsmanship and attention to detail left such a lasting impression that we didn’t think twice about bringing him back for more significant projects.
He custom-built a stunning office surround with integrated shelving and a Murphy bed, along with beautifully crafted cabinetry for our media room. Throughout every stage, Zoltan was transparent with costs, proactive in communication, and consistently delivered on time and within budget. His reliability and expertise made the process smooth and stress-free.
Impressed by his outstanding work, we entrusted him with a complete exterior renovation of our home this past summer—a massive undertaking. He meticulously removed the old wood siding, replaced deteriorating James Hardie backerboard and framing, rebuilt and expanded our deck, constructed a large pergola, and even added new windows to the back of our house. Despite the inevitable unexpected challenges that arose, Zoltan tackled each one with patience, ingenuity, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.

"We are so grateful that a family member recommended Zoltan to us when we were looking to do some home renovations. We have had Zoltan do several projects at our residence as well as our Airbnb properties. He has done many projects including painting kitchen cabinets, tiling, exterior siding, installing windows, building walls, painting, custom cabinetry and so much more. Our favorite quality about Zoltan is that he is able to problem solve and create economical options for renovations. He is extremely resourceful and happy to work with existing structures and utilize economical products when requested. We particularly love our “Ikea hybrid” entryway closets. He was able to utilize some Ikea cabinetry while customizing it to our space with some custom cabinetry with his carpentry skills. With the help of Zoltan, our kitchen turned out amazingly well and was taken out of the 80’s. We are extremely grateful that he took the time to help us make our old kitchen more functional and aesthetic without having to put in a whole new kitchen and blow the budget.

" We used Zoltan for some outdoor house repairs. He replaced the corrugated roof on both our sheds as well as installed new gutters on our shed for proper drainage. The gutters were not in an easy spot and he had to get creative to make it drain properly. We were more than pleased with his quality of workmanship.
